Biography

Michele West began her career with The Shaw Law Group, PLLC in January 2020. In 2024 Michele successfully passed the two qualifying Arizona Legal Paraprofessional examinations enabling her to apply for Legal Paraprofessional licensure. Michele was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2025 and is licensed to practice family law as a Legal Paraprofessional.

Michele’s experience in family law covers a wide range of issues, including divorce, child custody/legal decision-making, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, adoption and more.

Michele is committed to providing personalized service to the firm’s clients. Michele has helped many clients navigate the divorce process with compassion and skill. She understands that divorce and child custody matters can be a difficult time for all involved and she works to help them achieve the best possible outcome while minimizing the stress and conflict involved.
